IT HAS
ALL THE ELEMENTS THAT make a truly memorable vacation: great
accommodations, incredible destinations, superb food, and plenty of
activities to keep everyone happily occupied. That’s the beauty of a
cruise. In fact, there really is no better way to get the whole family
together than aboard one of NCL’s magnificent ships. Whether you just
want to bring the kids or have an extended family reunion, NCL delivers
complete flexibility to make it the perfect family vacation.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY SHIPS
There’s no
reason NOT to bring the whole family when you set sail with NCL
especially when you consider that NCL offers flexible accommodations
designed just for that purpose. Whether you’re traveling with small
children, teenagers, grandparents, aunts, uncles or all of the above
NCL’s ships provide the most versatile
family accommodations anywhere. A variety of connecting staterooms and
suites are available in most categories. Norwegian
Daurn, Norwegian Star and the
new Norwegian Jewel offer Penthouse
Suites with separate rooms for parents and children.

Pride
of America
— Offers a whole new category of Family Suites designed to
accommodate up to eight people. And for the ultimate in family cruising,
Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Star and Norwegian Jewel s
Garden Villas have three separate bedrooms, each with a private bath, a
living room, dining room and an expansive outdoor garden and rooftop
deck. (A private butler and concierge make your family vacation just a
little bit easier, too.)

KIDS CREW AND THE
TEEN”S, TOO
While Mom
is being pampered in the spa and Dad relaxes by the pool, they shouldn’t
have to worry about what the kids are up to. That’s the beauty of
NCL’s complimentary Kid’s Crew
program. It gives kids of all ages something to happily occupy their
time at sea while giving their parents complete peace of mind.
Custom designed for toddlers, teens and everyone in between, both
Kid’s Crew and Teen’s Crew are supervised by a staff of
highly trained youth counselors from leading universities and
organizations. It’s more than just a kid’s pool (although NCL has that,
too). Kids have a full range of activities available to them day and
night video arcades, Playstation® games,
movies, disco nights, cooking classes, treasure and scavenger hunts,
arts and crafts, sports and parties. And Kid’s Crew is broken up
by age group, offering activities appropriate for kids of all ages:
•
JUNIOR SAILORS — Children ages 2-5 have their own children’s pool
area, with activities like arts and crafts, painting and games.
• FIRST MATES — For children ages 6-9,
there are treasure hunts, pizza making and storytelling.
• NAVIGATORS — Older children, ages 10—12, can participate in
sports activities, scavenger hunts, parties or play in the
video arcade.
• TEENS —Those who need less
supervision, teenagers from 13—17, can dance in the teen disco, play
board and card games, enjoy socials with their peers, or watch movies.
And there’s plenty for families to do together. Onboard activities range
from swimming pools to sports and movies.., and so much more!

DESTINATIONS EVERYONE WILL LOVEI
While the kids may not
want to get off
the ship after they discover all there is to do on board, a world of
great destinations offers just as much entertainment. And it’s not just
what they can see — it’s what they can do once they’re there. While the
Caribbean, the Bahamas & Florida and Bermuda offer paradise for the
grown-ups, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Snorkeling,
catamaran cruises, and jungle treks are fun for everyone. And exploring
ancient Mayan ruins or historic fortresses is not only interesting —
it’s educational, too. |
A trip to the Mexican
Riviera offers more than just incredible beaches (although there are
plenty of those). Kids of all ages will love discovering the rich
historical sites almost as much as seeing the wonders of places like
Acapulco, and those daredevil cliff divers.
Alaska is a vast wilderness just waiting to be discovered by everyone,
with an incredible variety of wildlife, native history and charming
villages. And Hawaii’s volcanic forests, Polynesian culture and historic
monuments are just perfect for everyone!
FAMILIES SAVE ON 3RD
AND 4TH PASSENGER PRICING
Why pay
full fare for your kids when they cruise with you? You don’t have to
when children share accommodations with two full-fare paying adults in
the same stateroom. And that means you have more money to spend on the
things that really make your vacation a dream come true.
