Fill out the form found in the
Cruise Search, or use the
Direct Connect feature. These
programs are fully electronic and we
use e-mail only
for communicating price quotes. We'll respond within a
short time, usually the same
day, except for weekend or holiday inquires,
you will hear from us on Monday.
Your personal Cruise Travel
Advisor
Due to the volume of
requests for price quotes we receive, e-mail is our
primary method of pre-booking
communication. A Cruise Travel Advisor is
assigned to you once we have
placed a Courtesy Hold or Firm Reservation.
He or she will contact you
via e-mail and by phone with more information.
Your Cruise Travel Advisor can
help you distill cruise product information, clarify
the fine print, such as
payments, cancellation penalties and restrictions and for
the unfamiliar, make
recommendations for travel-related options such as cabins,
dinner seating and shore
excursions. They understand your need to take your time
in deciding on your vacation
of-a-lifetime. They respect your privacy.
E-mail is our primary method
of communication.
Price quotes are primarily
responded to by e-mail, usually the same day....
If we have an offer that matches
your request, and you reserve your cruise
through us, we will assign a
personal Cruise Travel Advisor. Your
Advisor
will discuss smoking or
non-smoking policies and dining options. They
will also discuss the itinerary,
your accommodations, shore excursions
and provide full, complete and
on-going service to you. You will be given
a Guest phone number to call
if you have any questions
or need
assistance with your booking.
We are sorry, but we will not be
able to respond to e-mail requests that are
incomplete or lack sufficient
contact information. If we cannot reach you
by phone ( daytime or evenings )
to discuss your cruise purchase or provide
you important follow-up information, we
will be unable to serve you.
If you call us, it is likely our
staff may be busy talking with guests and the
cruise lines regarding their
vacation plans. Due to the volume of requests
for price quotes we receive, our
staff is unable to give price quotes over the phone.
E-mail is our primary method of
pre-booking communication. Our system works
best when guests send us their
questions and or their request for a
price quote via e-mail.
In many cases , based on their
request, we refer guests to the cruise line's own
online booking engine.
The cruise line's own web site
can show you what sailings are available, and list
prices based on category of cabin.
You can view detailed ship information, cruise
line destinations, itineraries,
and sailing dates. You can also see deck plans, read
reviews and see photos of the
cabins and ship. The cruise line's web site works similar
to looking for an airline ticket or hotel
accommodation at Expedia, Orbitz or Travelocity.
You will find that chances
are the answers to your questions can be easily found using
the cruise line's own Cruise Reservation
System.
We are not your typical travel
agent.
We offer
good prices by strictly using the Internet, and e-mail
to
handle bookings. We try to keep our overhead low. We do not
have a
storefront location nor any "walk-in" traffic.
If you
like saving money and don’t require having to physically see,
touch,
and speak with an agent in person, then we may be right for
you.
You may have questions with
enough depth and detail that are not covered
at our web site and
your
comfort zone requires more personal contact. You
could best be served by your
neighborhood travel agent. Our web site and services
are geared toward guests who
know exactly what they want, and are comfortable
communicating primarily via e-mail.

Cruises are capacity controlled.
Rates vary by date. All fares and special
offers shown on this site are
subject to availability at the time of booking
on select, 2006, and 2007 sailings. Unless accompanied by a parent,
passengers must be at least 21
years old to travel on a cruise. Fares are
cruise only, per person, double
occupancy for lowest available inside
stateroom & include port charges
unless otherwise stated. Due to
popular demand, the lowest
available stateroom may not be available
at the time you contact us.
Prices are not guaranteed until the time
of booking. Additional
