Now passengers can create a customized shore excursion brochure, straight from the Cruise Personalizer at Princess Cruises!

In-depth shore excursions to popular tourist sites worldwide are often the very reason that many travelers choose a cruise.  But with Princess’ vast array of shore excursions in every destination, how will you choose which activities to book?

With Princess' new Customizable Shore Excursion eBrochures, passengers can create and print their own personalized shore excursion brochure by accessing the Cruise Personalizer before they sail.  If you have limited mobility and would like to avoid active excursions, such as hiking or kayaking, you need only to check a box or two to eliminate these activities from your personalized brochure.

The shore excursion brochure will only include tours that are available for the ports included on your booking and it can be customized in several ways.  To begin, passengers can select all ports on their cruise or they can choose only the ports of interest to them.  Within these ports, they may specify their desired activity level, including Access (accessible to passengers in wheelchairs), Moderate, Substantial and/or Active.  Any combination of these activity levels may be selected. In addition, passengers can choose their desired price range for the excursion as well as its duration, so they can be sure to plan their spending wisely, as well as their time ashore.

After selecting their preferred shore excursion categories, you can then decide if you would like your personalized brochure to include a simple list of the excursions, a list with brief descriptions of each excursion, or a complete brochure with a detailed description of each shore excursion requested. 

Once these steps are complete, you can pick how you would like the shore excursions to be sorted within the brochure.  For ease of access, you can choose for them to be listed by Tour Code, Title, Price or Duration.  Finally, the customized shore excursion brochure will be created as a downloadable PDF, which you can print out to share with your traveling companions before they make their final selections.  Passengers who would like to see all available shore excursion options may also simply download the full brochure for each port of call on their cruise.
