Denali National Park
From the
moment you step off the Alaska Railroad at the entrance to
Denali National Park and Preserve, you'll be surrounded
soaring snowcapped mountain peaks and endless wilderness
teeming with amazing wildlife, from bear to moose, eagles,
Dall sheep and more. This park defines the Alaskan
experience so Princess Cruises includes it on every Alaska

Day 1
Anchorage/Mt. McKinley
Arrive in Alaska’s largest city, Anchorage, where
you’ll depart via motorcoach for the Mt. McKinley
Princess Wilderness Lodge. Along the way, you’ll
travel the scenic George Parks Highway — an Alaska
scenic byway. After arriving at the lodge, a drink
and dinner beckons at the 20,320 Alaskan Bar &
Grill.
Day 2
Mt. McKinley
You’ll be immersed in comfort and surrounded by some
of Alaska’s most inspiring views — North America’s
largest mountain is the star attraction — during a
full day at our Mt. McKinley lodge. A selection of
optional activities are available from backcountry
wilderness adventures to nature walks.
Day 3
Mt. McKinley/Denali
After a restful evening at our Mt. McKinley lodge,
you’ll be treated to yet another spectacular drive
to Denali National Park and our Denali Princess
Wilderness Lodge. An afternoon Natural History Tour
introduces you to the park’s flora and fauna.
Day 4
Denali/Whittier
Transfer to the rail station for a stunning train
journey through some of Alaska’s most picturesque
wilderness on the Denali Express.
Arriving in Whittier, you’ll board your ship for
your voyage.

Day 5
Hubbard Glacier (scenic cruising)
Visit one of your voyage’s highlights — massive
Hubbard Glacier.
