We believe that our business practices should include truthful advertising and a fair and prompt response to our customer needs. 

That is why we go to great lengths to explaining how accommodations on-board are subject to availability and certain rates and special offers are capacity controlled. We also provide you a copy of the Cruise Line's own confirmation form in addition to our own documents. We want you to think of us as reliable and trustworthy. Your privacy is important, and we respect it. Please trust us. The information on forms that you submit to us are never shared with anyone outside our offices and the data is never sold to any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

The gathering of this information is necessary for us to serve you properly. We realize you may have concerns about the process, so we have listed here some frequently asked questions.


Why use these forms?

Cruise Direct Online is a “Cruise Reservation" service, wherein you submit a request and we go to work helping you plan your cruise holiday. We provide you with a free price quote, not only for informational purposes, but with the intent to have you use our services and book your cruise through us.

How Does it work?

This program is not for everyone! If you are still shopping around or have not narrowed your choice to one particular sailing, don’t use this program. 

Due to the high-volume of requests for free quotes we receive, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone with more information ONLY if we can fulfill your request. No phone calls for free-quotes please. This program is fully electronic and uses e-mail only for communicating offers. You will be contacted via e-mail or phone if we have found a match for your requirements.

Why enter your email address?
Your email address is required so we may respond to you as efficiently as possible.  If your e-mail address is entered incorrectly, we will not be able to respond to you. So please check you entry to make sure the e-mail address is correct.

Why enter your name?
It is most likely we will have to talk to you about your cruise request. 

The interaction between you and your agent are critical to ensuring that the cruise experience will bring fond memories for years to come. We ask for your name so that a professional Cruise Travel Advisor can address you personally when they contact you.

Why enter my phone number?
Auto responders, and e-mail generated responses don't leave room for questions, can't ask about your needs or discuss the many options available. Your Cruise Travel Advisor can give you advice about cruise lines, ships, itineraries, schedules, pricing and worldwide destinations.

You can discuss such options as inside or outside staterooms, early or late seating, or what to do onboard. We need your phone number to contact you about any questions you may have. We regret that without proper contact information, including your phone number, we will not be able to serve you.

Why do you need my fax number?
You will need to have access to a fax number to receive important information and documents should you decide to book your reservation with us.

Our Response
We will make every effort to ensure that your request receives a prompt response. 

Your e-mail address and telephone contact information must be included in your request. Please check and make sure that information is accurate. If we receive inaccurate information we will not be able to respond and you may lose out on a very good deal.

We will assign a Travel Advisor to you whom you can contact by phone or e-mail if you have any questions or need assistance.

For Your Information

For security reasons, we do not take credit card information over the Internet and with our Pay Direct Process (PDP) the credit card information provided by fax, phone or mail is given directly to the Cruise Line who will process your charges. Their name will appear as the merchant on your monthly card statement. We also provide you with a copy of the Cruise Line's own confirmation showing the details of your cruise, with itemized charges. Our Pay Direct Process provides comfort and assurance that your funds are deposited directly with the Cruise Line. Cruise line payment, cancellation and refund policies apply.
