This program is fully electronic and uses e-mail only for
communicating offers. You will be contacted via e-mail or
phone if we have found a match for your requirements.

Why enter my phone
number?
Auto responders, and e-mail generated responses don't leave
room for questions, can't ask about your needs or discuss the
many options available. Your Cruise Travel Advisor can give
you advice about cruise lines, ships, itineraries, schedules,
pricing and worldwide destinations.
You can discuss such options as
inside or outside staterooms, early or late seating, or what
to do onboard. We need your phone number to contact you about
any questions you may have. We regret that without proper
contact information, including your phone number, we will not
be able to serve you.

Why do you need my
fax number?
You will need to have access to a fax number to receive
important information and documents should you decide to book
your reservation with us.

Response
We will make every effort to ensure that your request receives
a prompt response.
Your e-mail address and
telephone contact information must be included in your
request. Please check and make sure that information is
accurate. If we receive inaccurate information we will not be
able to respond and you may lose out on a very good deal.

For Your Information
For security
reasons, we do not take credit card information over the
Internet and with our Pay Direct Process (PDP) the credit card
information provided by fax, phone or mail is given
directly to the Cruise Line who will process your charges.
Their name will appear as the merchant on your monthly card
statement. We also provide you with a copy of the Cruise
Line's own confirmation showing the details of your cruise,
with itemized charges. Our Pay Direct Process provides comfort
and assurance that your funds are deposited directly with the
Cruise Line.
