Online and you'll receive our guarantee that you will be fully satisfied
with the service we provide or your money back. You have up to the day
before final payment is due to decide whether our service meets your
needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply let us
know and upon your written instructions, we will cancel your cruise and
refund your deposit. We will waive any agency service fees, so you get
100% of your deposit back*.
*There is one restriction. Your deposit, as
well as all payments you make to the cruise line, is subject to the cruise
line's payment and cancellation policy. That is, something we have no
control over. So, if you cancel your cruise and your deposit or final
payment fall within their cancellation policy you will be charged a
cancellation fee by the cruise line ( not us ). In most cases the fee is
based on a sliding scale depending upon how far out from the sailing date
you cancel. The closer to the sailing date, the more you pay. As much as
100% of what you paid, if you cancel within 7-14 days of sailing. So, we
urge all guests to read the cruise lines applicable brochure for details
on their cruise line payment and cancellation policy prior to making any
payment. Further, you should take out trip insurance for covered reasons,
to protect your vacation investment.
Pay Direct Process
To promote trust and confidence, our goal
is to eliminate any concerns you may have about how your vacation funds
are handled. To further ensure a memorable cruise vacation experience we
have organized a payment process between the traveler and Cruise Line that
eliminates any third parties, including ourselves.
Simply put, for security and privacy reasons, with our Pay Direct Process
the information
provided on the Credit Card Authorization Form is given directly to
the Cruise Line
who will process your charges.
Their name will appear on your monthly credit or charge card statement.
In short, we help you plan
your most memorable vacation experience ever, and our Pay Direct Process
provides comfort and assurance that your funds are deposited directly with
the Cruise Line.
